SHIPPING

We make every effort to get your truffles delivered safely. They are warm weather sensitive.

From May to September and in warm weather regions, we ship express and add a cool pack to the styrofoam package. This is important to the truffles. We ship Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesday to ensure that the truffles are not sitting in a warehouse over a weekend. Please allow 2 business days for delivery. The gel pack and styrofoam are reusable. Rates are best calculated by proceeding through checkout and entering your full shipping address.

From September to May as the weather cools we are able to deliver by ground to Canada and USA. Expect delivery in 2-7 days. Actual shipping costs are calculated while ordering. Certain other fees are charged for rural locations. Again, for actual rates, proceed through the order page. Remember that shipping is charged in Canadian Dollars.

Favors may be shipped separately from your truffles directly from our supplier. To conserve on shipping space, they will not be assembled. Additional shipping may be charged if favors are required to be shipped directy from our supplier. 

LOCAL PICKUP

Local orders (Fredericton, New Brunswick, Canada) can be picked up to save shipping charges. Contact us prior to placing your order if you prefer to pick your order up.

ADDITIONAL FEES

Additional brokerage fees, custom fees or local taxes may be added and are the responsibility of the customer.

We ship only to Canada and mainland USA.

ORDERING

We prefer that you use our secure online ordering with payment using Credit Card via Optimal Payments or PayPal, but if your prefer, you may telephone us directly at 506-443-0907 or fax your order to 866-268-9830 and we will process it for you. You will need to provide your credit card information. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

REFUNDS

We are so certain of our quality of service and products that we offer you a 100% money back guarantee. If you are not totally satisfied, just ship back the product requesting a refund stating the reason why and we will gladly return the cost of the order (return shipping at your cost). Custom orders are made from scratch for you and therefore we offer only 75% refund. In case of our order error we will cover the cost of return shipping to correct the mistake.
