Moving from Germany to Canada was "The best decision we ever made," says Uwe Kuester.

In September of 2000, Uwe, his wife Beate, and their son Flo moved to Canada to escape the hectic life of Frankfurt. The decision to move was easy. Back in 1996 the family came to visit Uwe's sister and fell in love with the area. "I couldn't explain it, Fredericton is a wonderful, clean, safe city." says Uwe.

They have been in business ever since. With them they brought their European expertise at creating gourmet chocolate truffles and other baked goods.

They use only the finest Belgian Chocolate from the Company Callebaut in production. All Truffles are handmade. No preservatives added.  Their truffles are their own unique creations  and they continue to create more.
